The Negroni
BARCHEF MILEN'S PERSONAL FAVORITE DRINK
The Negroni is a classic Italian cocktail with a bitter-sweet taste. Bar manager Milen's personal favorite drink.
How to prepare it:
INGREDIENTS:
1 chilled tumbler (short drinking glass with a thick, stable base)
ice cubes
3cl gin
3 cl red vermouth
3 cl bitter aperitif Campari
1 organic orange
PREPARATION:
The Negroni is prepared directly in a chilled tumbler (or old-fashioned glass). Stir 3cl gin, 3cl red vermouth and 3cl bitter aperitif Campari over a few ice cubes. Finally, the drink is garnished with a piece of orange peel (“zest” or twist).

How to prepare it:
INGREDIENTS:
1 chilled cocktail glass
4cl bourbon whisky
2cl Red Vermuth (Martini Robino)
A few drops of Angostura Bitters
mixing glass
ice cubes
1 cocktail cherry
PREPARATION:
4 cl whiskey, 2 cl red Vermuth and a few drops of Angostura bitters are poured into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Mix well. Place the drink in the cocktail glass and garnish the Manhattan with a cocktail cherry.

How to prepare it:
INGREDIENTS:
1 chilled tumbler (short drinking glass with a thick, stable base)
3cl Campari
3cl Red Vermuth (Martini Robino)
soda water
ice cubes
Organic orange zest
PREPARATION:
Mix in the Campari and the sweet Vermuth. Top up with soda water and stir again. Garnish with an organic orange zest and sprinkle some of the orange over the drink.
